Shipping & Return Policy

Baby Zen Ph usually ship through Gogo Express and J&T Express. If you have a courier of your own choice, please inform us so that we can arrange your orders. You will be given a copy of your tracking number or waybill number through email.

Please take note that Baby Zen Ph shall not be liable for in transit damages or losses of your orders. We also implement no return, no exchange policy. Please know that before we ship your items, it will be thoroughly sanitized and checked for any damages.
